Skid mounted Biogas/Landfill gas dehumidification system
PROCESS INTRODUCTION
Boosted by BIOGAS BLOWERS, the biogas is delivered into the gas-water heat exchanger, where the water vapor is condensed to be liquid water. The cooling energy to gas-water heat exchanger is provided by BIOGAS CHILLER.
Then the mixture of gas and water inflows separator tank for separation of biogas and liquid water, which is discharged automatically out of system. The impurities in biogas are also removed through this separator tank.
while the biogas is delivered through biogas blower to biogas generator or other utilization.
The whole system will be controlled by a ELECTRICAL CONTROL PANEL by variable frequency technology.
